Dunkin' - Branford

I've been to many Dunkin' Donuts locations, and French crullers are one of my favorites. You might assume that the recipe is consistent and that they all taste alike, but that's not the case. This particular location has the best crullers. The others I've tried were often very dry, like donuts that are three days old.

Definitely not the quality that it used to be. The filled donuts have very little filling. All the donuts keep getting smaller. Bagels are smaller and the cream cheese is no longer without fillers and additives. Even the coffee rolls are 2/3s the size that they used to be.

The staff at this restaurant did not wear their masks correctly; most had their noses exposed. When I tried to explain that masks are ineffective when not worn properly, I was met with laughter, which I found to be quite rude.

From no reason so rude. I understand that this is a stressful time, but there is absolutely no need, bad customer service.

Great place to relax. I love their ice coffee a lot. The place very cozy and the customer service is super.
