Smokey Bones Fire Grill - Brandon

I love smoking bones. It has great food and never disappoints. I have been eating it since 2004

The quality control at this restaurant is HIT OR MISS. I always order the shredded pork sandwich or platter. When its FRESHLY cooked its amazing. the problem is, its hardly ever freshly cooked! Tonight I ordered The shredded pork platter, and the pork was warmed over leftovers from the day before, or maybe the day before that! So dry you almost couldnt eat it unless you slathered it with a ton of barbecue sauce. The baked beans were always way too thick, pasty. I usually have to add water to them. If you order from this restaurant, it MIGHT be very good. Just keep your fingers crossed when youre placing your order!

We arrived at 1 o'clock. as you see on the pictures, the tables were not cleaned. there was a hurry and they had no time to clean them, and they should come through them while our food is cooked. she took our drinks orders and continued to talk to the table next to us for about 10 minutes before she ever gave our drink order. then stood in the kitchen area waiting for our alcoholic drinks to speak only. When she came back with our drinks, she took our food order, then stood in the kitchen area while our food was cooked. she just came out to talk to a new table in her opposite and went back to talk. She never tried to clean up the tables. the only thing she did was to remove a booster seat from a table. the manager was even worse with the submission that they do not have to clean up when they are under servants. when we raised the waitress, candace that we wanted to go crates because we couldn't eat our food without wanting to gagen, she said that we had gone when we came in. I'm sorry, we don't expect you to do your job when we go in. then she said they were trying to make these 8 months pregnant when she sat me with my 4 children on table with me. I know a thing to be pregnant and tired, they don't have to stand around and speak energetically. it has never prevented me from cleaning up a fluffing table. it was also only her part that looked so and went through rotation when they sat, so they did not only give her the whole work. I sympathize with pregnant women who work, but nothing in their acts indicated that she is tired or something. the only thing I saw was an unwillingness to do their job and a manager who didn't care about happy or repeated customers or the cleanliness of the restaurant at all. I had always loved to come here to eat, and although my man thought that eating was not worth what they accused it was worth it because I always enjoyed it and loved to go there. $179 meal we didn't want to eat now. one of the kinder dishes was bad enough that he couldn't eat it and we sent it back. they have still accused us of it. any other sitting restaurants with a waiting staff takes off any meal they send back because they can't eat it, be it rough or wrong. I'm disappointed I'm not gonna eat here anymore, but my hubby is okay with it. even only the 2 of us end up with a $100 bill, so he's glad he doesn't have to spend it there. Oh yes, when we were high, the tables were not cleaned.

Smokey bone is wonderful! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Most foods are top animals! Not a big fan of smoked wings, their fried wings are much better. They often run from popular items at the end of the day like Brisket, but overall great restaurant! Try to get there early when you eat there and you probably never experience a problem!

It was the first time we were with this Smokey Bones. The food quality was good, the portion size was a little small for what I ordered (I thought). There were some of the other records that were quite full. The Bucket of Bones looked better on the table than on the menu. The one who had it said it was really good. I had a Bacon Cheeseburger with Pommes. I finished my wife's baked beans that were really good.
