Cameron is the highlight of Mudbugs. The crawfish are fantastic, but the real standout is the beer selection, thanks to Cameron. Food: 5/5.

The management at this location is very poor. I've left here unhappy several times. It's really not worth the hassle, especially given their limited hours during an already short season.

We love to eat at local places and this was our first time at this location. Husband's shrimp had an old taste and my ribs were way overcooked. Overall poor experience.

I would not recommend this location. However the company as a whole is good. I enjoy the customer service at Old Fannin but for two years straight this location has lacked quality customer service mixed with racism. I informed the owner about this last year. I will not be back at this location.Update: After speaking with the manager Cameron, she was very understanding and professional. I hope she makes a difference at this location. She sounded very confident and dedicated to impacting a change.

Terrible experience! We drove 30 minutes out of our way only to find the restaurant closed. There was a sign indicating a "private event," but the place was empty. We called several times on our way, but there was no voicemail or notice. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
