フィードバックを提供するHonestly, I feel like training needs to be done all over again for certain individuals at certain locations. My server was very rude and got frustrated when I asked for things that weren't available only because she had to go back and forth to check (bagels) communication and hospitality skills used to be the first thing trained at Tim Hortons but it's sad to see the state of this industry. After my order was completed. I felt like my food was being thrown at me, but I remained silent and still said THANK YOU, with no reply back to that either.. I walked in with my 4 year old, and I will never show her this attitude of service again. Not coming backI was a former worker at Tim Hortons myself and spoke from experience.Hats off to Mary, Very nice individual..
The order taker, was so rude. I tried ordering through drive thru, she didn’t listen my order, I repeated myself thrice, even then she punched only half of what i said, and was laughing while talking, and when I confronted her about the same, she said some excuse which was obviously stupid and didn’t even bother to apologise, this tim is seriously one of the worst i have been to, not the first time, something happened. I also work on drive thru team, but none of other team is rude like they’re.Disgusted seriously.
Service is terrible here. Can't get a simple order right, and when you speak to the supervisor, she is more concerned about making excuses for her staff members than righting the wrongs that took place.

An average coffee shop. Decent sized dining room split by the entrance. Drive thru moves smoothly and is well placed. Lots of parking. Close to the local trails and park, nice to enjoy your coffee.
