Worst Tim Horton experience ever, especially the guy Rajdeep at Drive thru window doesn’t know how to talk with customers.??

I ordered potato wages and they made me wait for 25 minutes and gave me a burnt

Ordered a tea and a bagel. The bagel was hard as rock. It had a weird smell and taste. They are selling leftover stuff. Please stay clear of this location if you don’t want food poisoning.

They got every single one of our orders wrong!! For a begal with cream cheese they gave me a plain begal with butter, for a farmers wrap with OUT EGG they put egg in, and for a chai tea with milk they put cream! Its the worst timmys!!!

The only location I've ever been to that refused to take an addition to an order at the drive through window. When I went in to order and mentioned this, their excuse was they are trying to bring their drive through turn around numbers down and are not taking any orders there. So this location of Tim Hortons decided to waste my time rather than just scope the pre-made stuff they had to grab and add 30 seconds to their order time.If this is such a concern for Tim Hortons, they should make this a standard protocol for every location.Sub-par customer service experience for me.
