Sunrise Caribbean Restaurant - Brampton

A woman with ombre braids too my order. I asked how many pieces of fried chicken were in the standard value order(3). Her responses were slow and she was not fully present and I felt as if she was almost annoyed that I was the next person in line but she answered the questions. The man before me seemed to be having problems with his order and throughout my duration in line which was approximately 3 mins, I could tell there was a dismissive tone from the cashier and she waskind of toying with him with his order in a sluggish way. When I approached the counter she was smirking in this strange way observing me up and down and plainly it was uncomfortable and I could sense the judgment in my relaxed clothing. Iopened my meal when I got home and had two small pieces of fried chicken accompanying my rice and peas. I've had poor customer service before here but I let it slide because I enjoy the food, but i felt i needed to mention this instance.

DO NOT GO TO SUNRISE! This was my worst experience and I didnt even order the food. My cousin and Sister wanted to eat here for lunch and it took 30-40 mins to get food and there were no customers in the store. The first order was very simple for a festival a fried dumpling and a piece of jerk chicken the second order was two value meals one jerk chicken and one barbeque chicken with oxtail gravy, we received both orders incorrect. during the process of preparing theorder the training employee almost dropped the food. After we pointed out that the orders were incorrect the food was put back into the case, to be served again. It?s with a heavy heart that I write this review I am a strong supporter ofblack owned businesses however this franchise needs help. The experience was very unprofessional

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Ordered two value meals. I guess the lady was training a new guy and left him there 3 times during the process of getting my order ready. Definitely didn?t set him up for success. He kept getting my order wrong. I was in the store for 30 minutes with no line up. Just terrible service. We were even planning to eat inside. But chose to eat in our cars because the place isn?t clean. Ordered some drinks . They were warm and the lady the said the fridge isn?tworking. Just a terrible location to eat at. I don?t normally do reviews but people need to know this location is just terrible.

Do not eat or order from this restaurant! This is the worst food I have ever had. The chicken smelled terrible and the rice was undercooked. I threw it away. I do not recommend anyone to eat or order from this restaurant. It is a scam!

The restaurant was chaotic and unorganized, they did not provide any cutlery, and the item I wanted to order (jerk chicken) was not available.
