Mcdonald's - Braintree

This place is horrible only because no hot chocolate. Sadly there is no hot chocolate. Give me hot chocolate. Now you evil demons.

I eagerly ordered a small simple meal for my boyfriend and I. Only to wait an hour and a half for stone cold burgers and nuggets and small fries which i just threw away. our mcflurrys were warm and melted and our drinks too were also warm and disgusting. we did not receive any sauces that we had ordered and while i tried to chase up where our food was i attempted to contact the restaurant 6 times by phone calls and received no answer. This is terrible and i will not be ordering from this mcdonald’s again.

Ordered on the app for collection via the drive through, drove down there only to sit waiting at the drive thru kiosk for 5 minutes before anybody even answered me, quite frustrating when I was the only car there. Then just to be told they cannot make my order before they’re doing a “system update” on a Friday night. Happily let you place an order but when you travel down there to pick it up they don’t want to serve you. When I queried how long this system update would take they couldn’t tell me. Clearly making it up on the spot.

Chips are always half full when delivered. Have to order more to make up full portions. Management do not care about complaints made to them!

Said it was open 24hrs so came on my way home as had no food and it was fully closed. Yet even online said it was open ………………..
