When I requested to change my order to the drink I originally wanted, the manager refused, insisting they had already started preparing my original order. Due to their lack of customer service, I ended up asking for a refund, causing the restaurant to lose money, time, and products. Avoid this place at all costs.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy and suggest trying the Vietnamese iced coffee.
The restaurant is not worth it. It is overpriced and the quality is not exceptional. You can buy individual items like eggs for 5 in quitting, but paying 7 for a combination is more reasonable. The drinks are decent, better than kung fu tea, but nothing to write home about. Overall, you would be better off going somewhere else. My order took longer than expected for a simple order of waffles, ice cream, a sandwich, sweets, and cookies.
Not a fan.. the macaroon was frozen i couldn't bite it.. the girl said wait a little while... i waited about 20 mins..was very chewy.. not light and crunchy as expected. Buyerbeware.
First of all, I love the Brick and Mortar in Dorchester. Perfect service and everything is amazing. The food court location is much closer to where I live, and I was excited when they opened. It's awful. The service is ridiculously slow, the staff is non communicative, and they manage to get to simplest orders wrong. Today I ordered two strawberry shortcake egg pots. I was told it would take 7 minutes. I've been waiting, and am actively waiting as o wrote, for the last 20 minutes. Every other time I come, it's either an error with my drink, or a screw up with tugged day. I have not once had a positive experience without an error. It's really too bad.
