フィードバックを提供するI needed to order lunch for work around 11:30 and requested 2 large sandwich boxes, with 10 sandwiches in each. Nyasia asked if I could arrive before the lunchtime rush, and I agreed since I had until 12:00. I was truly impressed by how wonderfully and professionally everyone on the team worked together. My colleagues absolutely loved the food they prepared for us, and we will definitely be ordering from them more often. A big thank you to Nyasia and the team for handling this large order with such care!
Seizing the moment, I tried to let her know who I was picking up for, but she completely ignored me. After a few minutes, my order still wasn't ready, even though it was the scheduled pick-up time. I approached a young man who informed me that my order was almost finished, and he was just waiting for one item. After five minutes past the pick-up time, I went to another employee because it seemed like no one was working on my order. However, the manager interrupted our conversation in a rude and hostile manner. She questioned whether I had checked in first (which I had), and then asked if I simply came in and sat down. I told her that I wasn't aware I needed to inform her of her responsibilities. Regardless of whether I told her my name or not, she should have known to complete the order and place it on the shelf for pick-up. When I walked in, there was already a ticket on the shelf. She took offense to my comments and kicked me out, saying I was never welcome back. I know she's new because I frequently come to this location, and I can say she's very rude and unprofessional. This incident occurred this afternoon shortly after 5 PM, and the manager is an older Black woman specifically at this Braintree location.
I used to really enjoy this place, but the Italian sub I ordered today was disappointing and a waste of my money. There was barely any meat on it, and the person who prepared it should be embarrassed to serve that to a customer. The only reason I gave two stars is that the salad I received was good, and I have had enjoyable meals here in the past. However, I won’t be ordering again.
I was there for the first time two weeks ago and must say that I was really impressed by the architecture inside. it was initially confusing, but with the help of the young lady named valerie the process went smoothly for me and the sandwich was really good. Mostly there are 5 stars causal for the customer service I have received, I believe that such a thing is great quality.
This place is an definitely a place i would recommend going to again! the chicken club is one of my favorites. the workers there are all super kind, especially valerie! shout out to her!!
