Dunkin' Donuts - Braintree

The only Dinkins who can get my coffee place right away when I go there...

The donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwich were fantastic! The staff was incredibly accommodating when we realized that my son had ordered the wrong donuts. I truly appreciated how quickly they provided him with new ones, even though it was our mistake. The atmosphere felt like a beloved local spot where friends gather in the morning. We were just passing through, but we really enjoyed our visit.

My last visit was decent. However, I recommend checking your bag before leaving to ensure everything is correct, especially when it comes to your coffee order. Mistakes can happen, particularly during busy times, and it's important to remember that they are only human. The staff could use more support and improved training to enhance the overall experience.

Wow! The restaurant is absolutely stunning. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the high tables are equipped with wireless charging. My phone started charging as soon as I placed it down. The staff here is incredibly attentive and efficient!

Nice place to stop at on the way to work for a cup of coffee or a snack. Friendly people and very clean. The drive-through line moves very quick.
