フィードバックを提供するI have some advice for you - I understand that there is fierce competition in the restaurant industry. However, lowering prices and selling cheap food may not be a sustainable strategy for keeping your business afloat in the long run. Let's discuss my experience at Mango Restaurant.
We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times. Unfortunately, they often forget to include our drinks and only offer to correct the mistake if we go pick them up ourselves, defeating the purpose of delivery. Some of the dishes are just average, but we usually give them the benefit of the doubt because they are generally acceptable. However, we have not ordered from them in months due to their frequent errors and terrible customer service. Tonight, we decided to give them another chance and placed an order. The delivery driver called to say he was outside, but he was actually at an address 6 miles away from our house with the same road name but in a different village and postcode. It was clear that he had not double-checked the address before inputting it into his GPS. Our food was already running late and now we will have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes, which will likely result in cold food upon arrival.
I ordered takeout and it took 2 hours to arrive, which was an hour late. When it finally arrived, the food was stone cold and had several hairs in it. It was so bad that I had to throw it away. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.
Ordered chicken strips to get a chicken steak cut in chunks, the batter had fallen off the chicken, my partners chicken was cold and soggy, My food is a soggy cold mess will not be going back here, wouldn’t even if I got paid to. DO NOT EAT HERE
Order delivered, though boxes squashed and soggy. Food cold and terrible. Will not be ordering again
