Costa - Bradford

The staff at this restaurant provide excellent customer service and adhere to Covid safety protocols by wearing masks. The quality of the street latte and chocolate orange muffin was good, and the prices were reasonable. The only downside was that the toilets were closed.

The food and drinks were fantastic, but the standout feature today was the excellent service. The team was on top of COVID regulations, from the moment we walked in the door to ensuring we filled out track and trace forms. One team member checked for available tables, swiftly cleared them, and communicated effectively with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth experience for all diners. Kudos to the team for their exceptional work!

Good attentive service, nice and clean space. Noticed the staff using gel between doing the coffees and using the till. The only issue was the staff having a somewhat heated discussion about work related changes whilst we were the only ones in the store, which is not very professional, but to be expected in these ever changing times

Awful coffe at just under £20 with 2 toasties We left our drinks We won't be going back. Nor had this experience in other costa cafes.

Out of all the Costas in the areas- yeadon, Harrogate, Otley- Ilkley has to be at the bottom of the ratings I personally don’t think it’s very clean and when we last went it the staff were very childish. Don’t rush to go back into this one even though it’s the one closest to my home
