Raja sawaab, the owner and main cook is a great personality and gott gifted taste of the food in his hands. your own created biryani is very tasty and beautiful. Whenever you visit the café 1b, they simply ask him to make his own created biryani and I am sure that they will enjoy the much.

Too much garam masala in the chick peas otherwise nicely cooked. Paratha is not home made but the issue is with the heat distribution. It comes out soggy in the middle because it's a pastry type paratha that need even heat distribution to cook it throughout. The apple crumble and custard needs to be either separate or equally heated to be piping hot throughout. Unfortunately the heat does not permeate equally when both items apple crumble and custard are heated together in one container. Apart from this the price is fair and I will be returning to try other things on the menu. Stay tuned!
