We waited for an hour for our three breakfasts at Asa, and it was chaotic despite not being too busy. When the food finally arrived, the waitress apologized and offered us complimentary drinks. However, she later returned to say that the manager had told her she couldn't give us free tea or coffee. Overall, our experience at Asa was poor, with a decline in food quality and disappointing management. We used to enjoy coming here regularly, but not anymore. Additionally, the bakery had very poor hygiene practices such as no hairnets and eating/drinking in a food preparation area. It is in need of a full overhaul. As someone who works in the food industry at BRC level, it was shocking to witness.

Terrible experience! I wasted £22 and will never get that time back. Lunch was disgusting - the turkey sandwich was just deli meat warmed up, the toast was saturated in butter, and there was a handful of butter left on the plate. The peas were awful, the chips were frozen and extremely hard. I will not be coming back here again!

This cafe in Yorkshire is the best! It's a favorite for our family, especially when we visit during Christmas. We always receive a warm welcome and the breakfast options are amazing. The full English breakfast is delicious, and the bagels are highly recommended. They also offer plenty of toast to go with it. The local produce used in the dishes is incredibly tasty. The kids love the milkshakes and picking out a treat from the bakery to take home.

This place is great! A proper farm shop, fresh and cooked produce all good. So good we drive from cookridge in leeds to shop here. We havent used the takeaway service or cafe yet, but the farm shop is bob on . And friendly staff on the till 's. The weather up there is a bit scary tho ' .

Hello, went to your shop at Keelham Bakers asked for a turkey sandwich and was told that they’re not doing cold food till 12 o’clock.
