フィードバックを提供するWe just moved down here from the Chicago area, so I just found Wawa... and let me tell you... I love it! The coffee bar is perfection. Lots of choices of coffee flavors and intensity, all the yummy creamers, milks and toppings. When you join their Rewards Club you can earn free coffee. My guys are now addicted to their sizzli sausage biscuits. Lots of great employees who seem happy to be there with a nice smile and friendly welcome. Thanks Patti for the friendly service and kind words. Clean, so friendly and even pretty to look at with wildflowers painted on the entry windows. You gotta check this place out!
Very nice place. Big place, like a truck stop, but minus the trucks! Easy parking, plenty of gas pumps. Front door handicap parking. Much to offer. Everyone I've been to is nice and clean. Has Circle K and Race Trac beat by miles. Fountain sodas of all kinds, any size $1.
Always a line on the back of the shop and they put only one employee on the register. I found the poorly aged woman with the reddish hair to have a level of customer service skills that was as lacking as she lacked as her aesthetic. I would definitely go to another store where the app payments never work, so then you have to go within and wait 15 minutes to gas or a rod of rubber and also the people at the gas station above the road or much more nicer and faster.
They did that again. I must be the guy. I'm going twenty minutes to this place where I'm staying. I have pre-ordered for the rural area (I know my choice). Complaints are low, but still Pepper Jack Cheese is not Provolone. Jalapeños instead of pickles. Whoever this is prepared for if you want to waste money and fuel. I build the kitchen so I can't cook at that time.
If I could rate this place a zero I would. Vonda and Tasha, the so called managers don?t care about their customers. They answer the phone hello like they are at home. They don?t care if they make a mistake on an order nor do they offer to correct it. Ever since Wawa transferred the old managers a few months ago, this place has went downhill. I can see why they have such a high turnover employee rate. Who would want to work at a place when managers never care about customers. A few employees will listen to complaints, they say they advised management, but they seem to not care. I?ve contacted corporate as well, but I am confident nothing become of it. Wawa has lost my business for sure and I use to go there a couple days a week. So sad a once decent place to go is not a disgrace to Lakewood Ranch.
