Mcdonald’s - Bracebridge

Worst grilled chicken sandwich of my life. The chicken was burned on both sides, and should never have been used. The bun was over-toasted with the condiments sloppily placed and falling off the side. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1

We don’t get McDonald’s often and this will be the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. Going to McDonald’s is a special treat. We do a few times a year. If it’s a special night for one of the kids, the other parent will take the kids out but we usually buy two toys so that there is another toy when my older child gets home. It’s an extra $2-$3 I think. Over the years there have been multiple screwup at the drive-through where I’ve called back and they assure me I can have a free meal the next time I come but then when I come, no one knows who I am or where this imaginary list is. Today at the drive-through I ordered A full-size meal for myself, and a kids meal for my youngest, as my oldest was out with mommy tonight, doing martial arts together. When I got to the second window, they quickly asked me to go and park aside and wait as it would be out in a few minutes. This wasn’t a terribly long wait maybe 10 minutes at the most. The young man who brought me, my meals, was only carrying the meals. “Oh, they didn’t give them to me”, Was his reply when asked. Being in the Hvac field and seeing the repair of most commercial icemakers, I always request no ice in my drink. I typically drink water, but I will treat myself to an iced tea occasionally. When I stopped at a light and decided to have a sip of my iced tea, I realize that not only was it Coca-Cola, but it also was full of ice. When I arrived home later, we realized that they had only given me one of the two happy meal toys that I asked for. This has happened to me before at least two separate occasions at this exact location. As I said earlier, this is my first bad review, and I don’t typically make reviews unless they’re positive. I just Feel like it is time to say something, so that is what I am doing. This is at least a dozen instances over the last few years, and I just had to say something . At this point $100 gift certificate wouldn’t get me to buy McDonald’s from this location again.

One small mistake they accidentally didn’t take my order so I had to go inside and tell them I was there but that’s quite all right considering how friendly they were after offered me a free Oreo Mc flurry which I didn’t want but very much appreciated and they felt very bad Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
