If you've not tried this gem, definitely give it a go!! We had bison burgers and they were fantastic, and Hannah was amazing!

I truly appreciated the great service! My waitress was very polite and friendly!!! She provided me with recommendations. I tried Bison for the first time. I’m glad I had it from here first! The asparagus was delicious! Fast seating, very welcoming, cozy atmosphere, and decent prices for big meals :

Like some episode of Seinfeld, we made reservations a *month* in advance and were told when we showed up that they didn't have a table for us and would we mind sitting apart at a few table. They know how to *take* the reservation, they just don't know how to *hold* the reservation.

Unfortunately this visit was unacceptable. We waited a minimum of 10 minutes for someone to even come to our table. We both order the filet Mignon and I don 't believe we 've ever had one so tough. When we mentioned it to the server when he finally came to check on us) he returned with the manager said, sometimes they 're like that , which was not only a very stupid thing to say , we didn 't recieve an apology or offered anything else. Filet is the only steak I eat and have never heard or experienced that! So needless to say we paid over $100 to eat a salad and a baked potato. the asparagus wasn 't even edible. We will not return, not only because of the quality of your food, but the lack of proper management and service.
