Plonk - Bozeman

It's hard for me to be completely objective about PlonkIt's my favorite bar west of the Hudson RiverI first went to Bozeman before Plonk opened.

The cocktails were great, and I'd come back for that and just eat dinner elsewhere. The food was a bit disappointing.

Just enjoyed a delicious lunch at Plonk! The atmosphere is totally relaxed, laid backThe bartender was very helpful with suggestions.

We came out of billings last november. didn't expect anything to be open next to almost food. we drove past a gentleman who walked along the walk, I asked him what this end would be open and surprisingly we were next to the plonk! how comfortable we thought, but we didn't expect what we actually experienced. man, I was the only patrons. the inner was very quiet. it was perfect. I don't remember the special thing we had, but I know that steak was involved. it was the best steak I ever had. who ever had. we tipped the chef 200 dollar to our shock superstition, he was hardly in his early 20s! he has no doubt a special present and we had so much luck that we served his delicious meals. the desert was a court he had formed and that was also a strange but amazing court. I would come to bozeman to come to an evening meal cooked by the amazing cook. the bartenders were also amazing. very professional smooth bundle. every second. parking: we parked on the road, right next to the building. there are many places to park.

We came two nights after dinner drinks. the wine and cocktail lists are excellent as well as the service. in the first night when we were there, they were so busy....I've never seen a server that was hard with a smile on her face. I had the gin and the juice, followed by the cocosnuss rickie, and both were amazing. I can't remember what my fiancée drinks, but he enjoyed them. Night
