El Camino - Bozeman

Accidentally left my phone. Went when website said they were open to retrieve and found out their hours are different then what they say on their website. Sent multiple emails, social messages and VM's with no response for 4 days

What a fun atmosphere! The staff is incredibly friendly, energetic, and sporty. I always bring my out-of-town friends here, and they absolutely enjoy the lively vibe! The drink prices are fantastic, and their happy hour is the best.

Incredibly rude bartenders. No one bothered to greet us or even make eye contact. We were the only customers in the entire place so it’s not like they were busy. We left and went next door to the R Bar where we were greeted warmly and served promptly.

There are plenty of excellent dining options on Main Street, but this isn’t one of them. While the prices for food are comparable to other nearby restaurants, that’s where the similarities end. The garlic fries were overloaded with raw garlic, the salsa on our fish tacos was definitely past its prime, and the tortillas were chewy. Our waitress was pleasant, but a bit awkward. To top it off, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the indoor dining area.

My boyfriend and I went to El Camino last night to grab a quick drink while waiting on a dinner reservation. I have never felt the need to go on and write a review anywhere but we were blown away by the poor service. It was 8:00 at night, mildly busy with two bartenders. We sat down at the bar, and sat there for about 15 minutes we were never once acknowledged, no “hey we’ll be with you in a minute” nothing. Both bartenders walked by us and made eye contact multiple times without saying a word. I’ve had 10x better service in a packed bar with one bartender. We finally got up and left, baffled and frustrated by the level of service we just witnessed. Have thought the bar to be a little overpriced in the past but after that will never go back or recommend.
