Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Boynton Beach

Hey there!I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about my fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. It was absolutely amazing! Tyanna and Jackie, the staff members there, went above and beyond to make my visit special. Their friendly and attentive service made me feel right at home.Not only that, but I was also impressed by how clean and inviting the store was. It created a pleasant and refreshing ambiance that added to the overall enjoyment of my time there.I truly appreciate the effort put in by Tyanna, Jackie, and the entire team at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They made my experience truly memorable. I can't wait to go back and indulge in their delicious smoothies and treats.Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience! I'll definitely be recommending your cafe to all my friends and family.

Order a smoothie w the edible strawberry straw an avocado grilled cheese. I didn't receive my edible straw they put bacon in my grilled cheese when I only asked for avocado cheese. I even tipped her, I HIGHLY REGRET IT. Most likely, won't be coming back. Sucks because this location is closest to my house.

Excellent experience at this Smoothie/Healthy eating Restaurant.Our first time here was about three weeks ago. We left the gym and came here. We ordered two Smoothies and a flat bread sandwich. When it was time to pay, the Apple pay reader wasn't working. We tried multiple times and it didn't work. We had to leave our food and left a bit embarrassed.The next day, we went back but this time we brought cash. The service was excellent and the food was great.We went back again today after the gym. I had no cash on me, as I don't carry my wallet to the gym. Before we ordered, I asked if the apple pay reader was working. The manager/Assistant Manager Jackie said that it should be working. I asked them to not make the order until I made sure that I could pay with my phone. I told her what happened the first time I was here. So we placed our order and of course the reader didn't work again. I tried paying with my phone and with my watch and nothing. Jackie came to assist me and still no luck. I told them that I was sorry and began to leave the store. The employees work so fast that I guess they didn't hear when I asked them not to make the food until I was able to pay. The food was already done. Jackie said to just go ahead and take the food. They can't save that for someone else. I told her that I couldn't do that but she insisted. I felt horrible. Don't want people to think that I'm trying to take advantage. So we took the smoothies and the sandwich. They were delicious again ????. Jackie said, just pay it forward to someone else. What a nice lady.We returned to the restaurant a few minutes later, with cash this time. We left a very nice tip for the employees and once again thanked them for their great service.Jackie, you are an excellent person. You represent your company very well and you should be commended for the way in which you take care of your customers. Because of you, this place now has a steady customer for as long as I'm in the area.May God bless you and yours always.I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is excellent and fresh. Made to order. The smoothies are delish. The chicken and pesto flat bread oh my ???. And the customer service ?????. The place is also very clean.Thank you very much for checking in.
