Smashburger - Boynton Beach

Name sounds great, doesn 't it? Out on the east side for a bit, and was really craving a burger. Jumped on yelp and Smash seemed decent enough. I was wrong. Ordered a burger w/o bun. By doing so you get to see the actual size of the burger. Tiny. So for $9 it was so not worth it. We did order brussel sprouts and I thought these were great. On top of this was probably the most unfriendly host (cashier ever. The cook was pretty decent as this cashier told me to talk to him (umm, what? Just write what I want on my order . She was doing no service to Smashburger. Having said that, another Smashburger employee must have been returning to shift and not even having helped us, yelled out 'Have a great day, big smile on her face '. Where was she an hour ago???! : At least the experience would have been 50% better.

Weak. Onion rings or whatever they call them, super small portion no sauce, cold underfilled fry containers for normal large fry and smash fry. Burgers ok.

Horrible. It took over 30 minutes to get 2 burgers. They charged me for stuff I didn't order, they messed up my daughters order and put things she didnt want in her burger (good thing she was not allergic), and to top it all off the manager try giving me a 5 dollar gift card instead of refunding my order. I am never going back to this dump. Look at the oil on these fries, which I did not order like this!

Love this smash burger. I got a chicken burger grilled and it was awesome! They put a good amount of pickles on it because I mentioned I liked them and it was yummy. Loved the fries! My friend got the haystack fries and loved them. My friends were very pleased with their food. I heard the milkshakes are delicious but we didn't get any.

I have never seen such creative menu recipes for a burger . Just reading what the ingredients on the burger is mouth watering . There were so many I wanted to try . Truffle mushroom, bacon guacamole, spicy baja! What a great variety and I am sure I will enjoy my next visits trying to try them all. Porche the manager took car of me and my wife's order . She was very polite and friendly and greeted me as I came in with a cheerful presence to her . Great customer service always goes a long way and Porche had it down pat . She seems like a great manager . I wish this new smash burger the best of success . Not to mention its located in a great little plaza that has everything in it in Boynton .
