Lucilles Bad To The Bone Bbq

This Lucille's in West Boynton Beach is fantastic! We order from here at least twice a month for our family of five. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is equally wonderful. We've been enjoying this special place for over 10 years, and we have no plans to switch barbecue restaurants anytime soon!

The restaurant marketing is misleading regarding their pricing. You can expect to pay more than the advertised price, and when you raise the issue, the manager offers a weak apology about the price changes. It's only a dollar difference, but if they do this to all their customers, it adds up quickly and impacts everyone. They even acknowledged being aware of the issue but claimed they have no way to update the prices. I've reported them for unfair and deceptive advertising to Florida's Attorney General under Fla. Stat. Section 817.44. I recommend paying by credit card, as it allows you to dispute any discrepancies that violate their agreement with credit card processors.

The BBQ here isn't the best, but the portions are generous and the prices for lunch are quite reasonable. I would recommend trying the rotisserie chicken and the maize bread. However, I wouldn't suggest the bride.

Overwhelmingly disappointing. This is not BBQ. I got the meat platter. Pulled pork was tasteless, colorless and probably came from a boil bag. Brisket was more of a sloppy Joe, also definitely a pre made boiled brand you could get from Target. Rotisserie chicken is probably the only thing that was made in house, however it didn?t have any seasoning. The single BBQ sauce tasted like a mixture of honey and sugar. Overall this is another wish.com version of bbq. Theres truly nothing like spending $30 going out to eat and being served disgusting, tasteless, and inedible food. How Lucille puts her name on this i do not know. Your servers even confirmed they?re no smoker no nothing. Microwaves and ovens? guess that explains the soup and salad
