I stopped by to grab some BBQ for myself and my coworker yesterday. The food was excellent, I had pulled pork with beans and slaw, all very good and my buddy had the mac n cheese and said it was great too. The food was hot and I received it very quickly. Very friendly folks as well. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Small food truck with some of the best BBQ I've had!!! Brisket sandwich was delicious, and the Mac and cheese and coleslaw was excellent!!!
Truly exceptional find at a food truck in Bedner's Farm in Boyton Beach. While there are creative sandwiches and combos, when it comes to BBQ, it's all about the meat. The highlight is far and away the ribs. The seasoning is wonderful. Tangy sweetness with a coarse black pepper. The smoke is not overpowering nor are they over-smoked. If you're looking for over-smoked ribs that fall off the bone and dissolve into mush, or if you're looking for flavorless parboiled style, move along. These ribs are ready-for-competition. Perfect pull from the bone, with a meaty flavor. When I'm smoking ribs for my friends and family, this is exactly what I'm shooting for. Next up, the brisket. My only complaint was serving it chopped as opposed to sliced. That's just personal preference. The chopped brisket does allow them to mix the point and the flat, leading to a combo that has a nice mix of fat. Could be too fatty for those who prefer it leaner, but most in general wouldn't complain. I'm just a little picky The pulled pork is very good. A touch dry, but mixed with Dr BBQ's signature sauce, it's delicious. Having had the fortune of eating Chris Lilly's/Big Bob Gibson's pulled pork, it's hard to fairly judge all others, but this was quite good. All of the meats were freshly smoked. No day-old meats or meats that spent too long in a warmer. Loved the sides as well. My favorite was the beans. The baked beans were tender, but not overdone mush. Sweet, but not cloyingly so. Mixed in that signature sauce, a winner. They offer water and soft drinks. Doesn't really matter on the farm, where you can also get just about any other drink, dessert, etc. The staff was all so friendly, and Dr B couldn't have been more gracious. We were there on a down weekend (fortunately). Word is at other times the line can be insane. Pro tip: place your order in advance if you can. You'll still have to wait in line, but your order will be boxed and ready for pick-up, and you won't have to worry of any of your selections selling out.
