Mel's Diner - Boyd

I visited on Friday for the catfish, and it was hands down the best catfish dinner I've had in Wise County. The fish was fresh and cooked to a perfect crisp, served alongside fresh-cut fries and red beans that were nearly as good as my own. The food was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!
