フィードバックを提供するWe placed an order nearly 50 minutes before closing time at 1 AM. However, we ended up stuck in the driveway between cars for 20 minutes. When we finally reached the front, at around 12:30 AM, we were informed that they were out of meat and had stopped cooking for the night. Fortunately, a gentleman delivered the message to us and the three cars behind us, prompting us to cancel our online order and leave. It’s baffling that they refuse to cook just 30 to 50 minutes before closing. If they’re out of food, it indicates poor management and a failure to plan properly. After spending 50 minutes in the car and being stuck, it was quite frustrating to go through that just to get sent home. Clearly, there's a lot of room for improvement here.
This place was surprisingly busy when we visited, and during our drive-thru experience, we only received half of our order. When we returned to claim the rest, we discovered that both of our orders were incorrect. The food packaging was quite concerning, and for the first time, I noticed grease dripping from the paper. Although the food was much cleaner after eating, it felt like they were training new staff. I hope things improve in the future!
This is my favorite Taco Bell in Bowling Green. Although the one on Scottsville Road is much closer, I don't mind making the drive to this location. Yes, it can take a while, but that's because they have a limited number of workers; the staff really do their best! I've never had any issues with my order, and the only time they forgot something was with a side of chips. I visited at 12:30 a.m. on August 16, 2022, and the man who took my order and assisted me at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly!
Taco bell will always be a favorite, I was just on a kick at another place for my tacos lately. I thought I'd turn it on. eating is always good here, not thrown together and also a chaos!
I work in the business park right across the street from this TC, and I LOVE Taco Bell. But may last 2 or 3 experiences have been awful. I place (and pay for my order online, then walk over there, only to find out that the lobby is closed (meaning I have to wait on the passenger side of whatever car is parked at the drive-thru window . And today, when I got there (drive-thru window again and told them my name and my order, they told me, Oh, we couldn 't make that, because we didn 't have the ingredients! Well, can I get a refund? You 'll have to ask for one online. Which I did (and I hope I get it . But I WILL NOT be using this restaurant again ... not until you get your shizz together.
