Papa John's Pizza - Bowling Green

The epic filled crust pizza was excellent. a good amount of ingredients, correct order and hot! friendly staff and good specialties

Lyle the manager is the worst person who has ever spoken. he is rude arrogant selfish profane and not qualified to present himself as a manager. I had some problems with this man. he lied he was hanging on me. he argued and called me a sinner. he refused to replace the commands that there was no reason why he would not have. I spend hundreds of dollars in the restaurant that should definitely be managed by someone else than him. Unfortunately, it is the next load and I would like to get a service at another papa johns, but they won't let that happen. I was theied service because they said I have asked to many .well let them tell them if I order several times a week and spend hundreds a month well they should expect that I complain more than others I order there more than others. herr lyle when they do their job for one and also resign before they are fired because it is in their future definitiw. you can't treat people like that. they are rude and I call every day corporate until they are finished. I will also order from there if I want them to tell me nothing else. No stars

There is no better way to describe eating Papa John's pizza than to compare it to biting into jello. The cheese, sauce and toppings are fine, but that dough... Well, I guess people who worry about there teeth falling out always have a restaurant for themselves. Good service. #273

Look, I like Papa John's pizza as much as the next guy. They have capability to do better, but they don't. I've ordered there for awhile. They've been on Russellville rd since 1989. Wow, boom!! Pizza now is undercooked I'm assuming that they're trying to push out as much as possible, and under cooking the pizza unless you order well-done, then they burn it. Guys, recalibrate the oven! This will be my last order, I like you all! Great service amidst substandard food. And I'm giving you three stars where as everyone else gave you one.., and that's for quick delivery..
