フィードバックを提供するI ordered four cookies and some gravy, but when I got home, I found gravy pouring out of my pocket like a waterfall—no joke. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager, but she refused to give her name. I have photos and a video of the watery mess that she claimed would never be served in her store. I've filed a complaint with the company because they weren't willing to listen to me. I'm more than happy to talk to the owner and share my evidence.
I consistently experience the worst service here. Every time I arrive after 6:00 PM, there may be just two cars in line, yet it takes 30 minutes to get my order. After I tried to pay with my card five or six times at the drive-thru window, the lady finally informed me that my card wouldn’t work. She asked if she could manually enter the card information since I had already waited 20 minutes for my ice. I told her that wasn’t possible and there was nothing more she could do. Instead of simply giving me the ice that was prepared for me, she preferred to throw it away rather than let me have it because her card machine wasn’t functioning. The management of this store has really deteriorated in the past few months.
The debit machine was down, so I had to leave the line to go to the ATM and get some cash. It was my birthday, so that was a bit inconvenient. However, the cake I ordered was delicious!
Why does DQ insist to make shaker too thick to drink through a straw. If I wanted to eat it with a spoon, I would have just ordered ice cream.
Not the worst place in the world but after today is probably the 6th consecutive trip here that I?ve made a small order of no more than 4 items, just to get half of it or at least one totally wrong. Called about a potential refund since I?m tired of driving back to get it correct but that is apparently ?not possible right now?. Kind of tired of going to a place just to disappoint myself knowing I?m practically giving my money to people who aren?t actually going to correctly fill an order. Again, its not like the whole orders are wrong, but its EXTREMELY inefficient to run a system where your only source of fixing it outside of coming back to get the right thing, doesn?t exist. And yes, it is JUST this DQ. One on Nashville Road I?ve almost never had a problem with.
