Good location for afternoon drinks, nice sunny position for roadside dining but service was not particularly forthcoming perhaps a little indifferent

Party of four on a Sunday evening. My co-workers I hung out for hours prior to a business trip. We enjoyed a cheese plate wine. Then we ordered dinner. Our server, Carole, was delightful! She did not speak English, but was able to...understand us and make us feel comfortable. We met locals who were eager to talk with us!
