Larkburger - Boulder

I’ve never had a bad burger here, and since my first visit, this place has become my favorite burger restaurant. The service is generally good, though it could be friendlier. However, it’s understandable since most of the staff are college students. The food is prepared relatively quickly, which is a plus.

Was not in Larkburger in at least 10 years because I was not impressed, but things have definitely improved. I met a friend for lunch today and everything was great. There are now 2 different burgers, so naturally I had the bigger ones that was beautiful and thick and perfectly cooked. The fries were also delicious. The music was not too loud, so I could catch up with an old friend and above all the temperature inside was not cold. Usually, on a hot day, the restaurants will freeze me with the air conditioning. The whole lunch was perfect and I'm back.

Ate here the other day and it was amazing, so I decided to eat here again. This time it wasn't so good. That didn't have the mushroom burger and I had to wait for them to make turkey burgers (which wasn't the problem). My burgers and rolls were both burned and it came with onions when I ordered it without and they forgot the pimples on and no sauce on both burgers. Boulder also simply commissioned that all people have to wear masks while inside (vaccinated or not) and only one employee had a mask. They were also more concerned about how much money they made for the day and that another employee forgot to tact. I hope it'll be better next time I visit Boulder.

I've been a frequent visitor to this place and I really love their truffle burger, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered my burger medium well, but it was overcooked and burnt on the outside. Despite that, it was still served to me. I dislike wasting food, so I tried to eat it, but all I could taste was char. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon...

This used to be our go to spot for food after hiking anywhere near Boulder, but we haven’t been in a while. We were there today, and I don’t know what changed, but it’s not as good as it used to be. The sauce on the burger didn’t taste as good and the milkshake tasted like a burned out electric motor smells. The fries aren’t as good as I remember either. I hope they go back to the way they used to be. Very disappointing.
