Chicken On The Hill - Boulder

Revised review: I have to lower my rating from 5 stars to 2. With so many chicken places in Boulder, I recommend choosing one that's not this one. Chicken on the Hill used to be one of our favorite spots, but in the past year, the quality has declined significantly. The fries are now worse and vary too much, the Nashville Hot sandwich lacks the flavor and quality it once had, and the service has deteriorated dramatically. The only positive thing I can mention is that their new location is an improvement, but in every other aspect, they've lost my patronage. I really miss how great this place was just a year ago.

The Nashville sandwich was tasty, but there was way too much sauce. I also received two kinds of oddly colored fries—straight cut and crinkle cut—which was quite unappetizing. After a 10-hour drive, we chose this place to eat when we arrived at our Airbnb, but I wish we had picked somewhere else.

This place is way better than Cane's! I just wish I lived closer to Boulder because I would eat here all day! I love going on ladies' night and enjoying the music. The owners are incredibly kind and always take care of any issues I might have. I would definitely recommend this chicken to anyone looking for deliciously crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, flavorful chicken goodness!

By far my favorite chicken place to go to! great chicken, great staff and great vibes. definitely recommend going on freaky friday for their deals on drinks (thirsty thursday is also a fav) i?ve never had chicken better than this! Highly recommendstopping by here if you ever find yourself in Boulder!!!

I fell in love with their Nashville chicken sandwich. Seriously the best chicken I?ve ever had. Pretty neat environment and the owner is a cool dude
