Travellers, this is a fine Mexican restaurant in boulder Colorado. The food was very good, the chicken enchilada was delicious. The creamy habanero sauce is fantastic and blends well with the cheese sauce on the enchilada. The rice and beans were done well. The ensalata was fantastic and had a lot of components that make is interesting and delicious. The chicken burrito was also nicely done. The portions are huge and can easily be split. I would say my experiences of this place are good. The tortilla bread tastes a little sweeter than usual. Although the crushed sauce on the Burrito helps, this really satisfying. It is definitely the American style of Mexican cuisine. Nevertheless, the food is great!

Easy and delicious takeout! Placed our order online and it was ready within 20 minutes for pickup. The sweet pork is delicious, as was the tres leches!
