Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Bothell

Frustrated, the three of us, along with six other people waiting outside, began discussing where we could go instead. I checked Dairy Queen on Bothell Everett Highway and saw they were listed as closing at 10:30. I called to confirm, and the representative assured me they would be open until then. I explained that we were about five minutes away and shared that Menchie's had closed early without any concern. The friendly Dairy Queen employee offered to wait for us and asked for my name. When we arrived, we were all treated to delicious Blizzards, and from now on, we will be loyal customers of Dairy Queen. The customer service we received was exceptional, particularly considering it came from a teenager who demonstrated far better service than the staff at Menchie's. I just wanted to share this positive experience!

I've been visiting this Dairy Queen for over 20 years since I grew up just down the street. Having been to many other locations as well, I can confidently say that even on a busy Saturday night, Cameron and his team at Thrasher's Corner did an amazing job. They even brought out our Blizzards and flipped them upside down! I've never experienced that before, though I know it's part of the tradition.

I tried the new honey BBQ chicken strips, and they were fantastic!
