Tremonte North End - Boston

I had a great experience at tremonte! I was in many restaurants in the north end, and it would be definitiw one of my favorites. the server we had was great, and I want to go back!

We were with my family for the new years eves. we really enjoyed it! we have such a great time. the food was great and the service

After reading a few bad reviews and going anyway, we were pleasantly surprised by the prompt and friendly service. eating was quite fresh and tasty, but nothing miraculous. it was not popular with the large screen TVs that gave the place more a sports bar atmosphere than Italian fine restaurants. the volume was low, however, so that they were only visual distractions. Okay.

Perfect meal. Was visiting from Philadelphia and wasn’t aware most North End restaurants do not take reservations. The owners were very friendly and gave us a little history on the neighborhood. The food was delicious and had a great experience.

The hostess waitress was rude throughout the evening to us and those coming in for a table. After 90 minutes of waiting for our meals, we inquired. No apology, no compensation. About 20 minutes later, we paid our drink tab and ran out hungry to get to our show on time.
