Can't speak to the food, we just went there for drinks. The electronic order machine was difficult to use and the staff didn't even get the orders right, and it was literally just 3 fountain drinks. I think it's stupid that we can't get our own fountain drinks anyway
I would say it's probably a three and a half stars. I appreciated the automated-ness in the concept, however, when I walked in and wasn't greeted, and there was no bartender, it seemed odd and slightly empty at 1:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. the afternoon. The music was nice. The booths were comfortable and the food was really good. However, for lunch, for $20, it wasn't really the most economical at all. At all. But it is 10 steps up from McDonald's, but I think for instance, Red Robin is better. I got the vegetarian burger which was on point, I asked for barbecue sauce but they did not put it on the burger, but there was guacamole or avocado on top which I appreciated. They only have two choices of buns. You can get either their sesame seed bun or for an upcharge a gluten-free bun which is basically a bun without sesame seeds. I cannot eat seeds because of a physical condition. And the gluten-free bun was perfect. I got the monster green shake which was basically a mint chocolate chip shake. The color was insanely green, but all the chocolate chips were on the bottom. They were not interspersed at all so I just thought I had a mint shake until the very last sips so it was all chocolate chips in the bottom. And I got a small shake. So the three stars represent the price and the few missed marks. Also, while I was in there there were two homeless people who came through while I was sitting there, one was kind of aimless and the other was asking for food going from table to table. While my heart goes out to anyone who is hungry, the manager showed the second person out the door. I wish there was some type of a food establishment token program that could offer a homeless person a meal if that's what they really looking for. You can't take points away from the establishment for these types of reasons, especially being in a very downtown location. But people we can do better!
This is one of my favorite go-to restaurants. Their food is amazing and the menu is always impressive! The staff always accommodated our requests and made sure that everything was taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
What a great experience I had at Tasty Burger! Service was fast, and the staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. So caring and made me feel important! Will certainly be coming back
So basically everything here is delicious..Went internet searching for good cheap Boston eats and this one came up repeatedly. I 'm generally suspicious of fast food burgers because they can go either way but thought I 'd give this place a try..My blue cheese burger and onion rings were wonderful (I 'll crave those onion rings for years). Staff were friendly with minimal interaction you have and prices were on par with what is becoming an expensive world. Loved all the sauces at the table 'just in case '..The only average menu item were the fries. I would happily eat here on my next visit to Boston.
