Kings Dining Entertainment - Boston

I was part of a group of four that came from another restaurant. It was a busy evening, and the wait for pool and bowling was over an hour. However, Jonathan was very straightforward and quickly helped us secure a spot on one of the bowling lanes. His promptness made our experience truly special. But the highlight of the night was our server, Johana. When the manager denied our request for a Mai Tai tower, it felt like our evening was ruined. Luckily, Johana stepped in swiftly to accommodate us and ensure we enjoyed the night. A big thank you to the servers and staff at this place! The DJ had us dancing, making it an unforgettable night.

Aline was truly exceptional! She had a wonderful personality and provided perfect service at our table. She is incredibly sweet and kind, taking care of us like a superstar. Service: 5/5.
