Bruegger's - Boston

Bruegger's Bagels is a busy place in the medical hub of Boston. Near a plethora of hospitals, medical office, and clinics, it is a quick and tasty solution for hungry workers. A wide variety of cream cheeses are available. I didn't try the pimenta flavored cream cheese but I really like the possibility of combining that with other tasty looking bagels. If you are worried about gluten allergies, this might not be the place to get a majority of the foods you are looking for. But if you can eat it, I recommend going here because this place is filled with the hardest working employees ever. Their coffee is pretty good, too!

This is how a bagel shop should be run. The service is fast and efficient. They got my order correct and I did not even have to instruct them how to assemble my sandwich. My sandwich was hot and made with fresh ingredients. My bagels was fresh and still warm. They are efficient and have you pay for your order while they are completing your order. Other Bruegger Bagel locations should take some notes. The only downside to this location is that there is no onstreet parking so the only chance you have to experience this place is if you are visit Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.

The lox and cream cheese were quite good! While they aren’t outstanding by any means (the saltiness could definitely be toned down), and the customer service can be inconsistent, I didn't have high expectations to start with.

Kicking off my day with delicious bagels and coffee really brightens my mood. I highly recommend ordering through their app, as they frequently have ongoing events. It's a great spot for brunch!

The Longwood location offers exceptional customer service. The entire team consistently exceeds expectations. Plus, the bagels are always fresh and delicious.
