Alexandria Pizza - Boston

The margherita pizza was disappointing. It lacked sufficient tomato, mozzarella, and basil. The cheese tasted artificial and overwhelming.

I've eaten twice here and I've loved both of them. fresh ingredients, great friendly staff. comes back!

This has been my go-to place for over 5 years now. The service is always good and friendly, and the food is top-notch.

I appreciate that you guys are open very late. But if you say that you will deliver within 60 minutes and then disappear it doesn't matter. I placed an order at 2:15 AM and was told the delivery would arrive would within 60 minutes. I called the restaurant several times until you closed at 3:30 a.m. and no one picked up the phone. Eventually I got a call 75+ minutes later from the delivery person who threatened to not deliver the pizza unless I tipped them. I asked for a refund and then they said they would check with the manager because they weren't late I still haven't received a refund.
