Very, very disappointed! We ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries, bone in hot honey mustard wings and a large coke. The fries were cold, the shredded cheese was NOT even close to being melted. And when I walked back up there to see if they could heat them up or at least melt the cheese, the manager said “that’s how they come? We don’t have a way of heating the cheese up.” So, the shredded cheese is just supposed to sit on top, cold, not melted at all? Or were the cold fries supposed to warm the cheese up?? The bone in wings were also cold and gooey. The coke was terrible, like the machine was out of syrup and they refused to fix anything. I didn’t want money back, just wanted my food warm and my coke to taste like a coke. Will not ever go back to Zaxby’s, not just because of the food but because of the “manager” just simply not trying to act like she cared one single bit.
