Pizza Hut - Bossier City

Food was wrong called to have it corrected or credit to my abound. They left me on hold for over 30 minutes. And they were not busy at all.

I like ordering from this location, their usually on time (maybe)5 minutes late that's ok, I understand.15 mins late that's ok I understand, But U FORGOT my red crush pepper ?????????!! That's the most important thing n there's NO garlic sauce on my crust AT all ?! I like my crust brushed and bake with the garlic sauce or butter when it's baked before n after. Pizza Hut Southern hills location and Johnny's Pizza is the ONLY place that gets this right! I WANT MY Crush Red PEPPER ?️?️??!!!?

I ordered the 2 large 3 topping with breadsticks d for carry out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and waited less than a minute to receive my order. Pizza was fresh and hot!

Placed an order for delivery and also was given a delivery time and it's been over an hour and I call them to see why it's taking to long and was put on hold for over 15 minutes and they never answered the phone so I hung up glad that it was a delivery order we was paying cash for the order anyway.......If you want pizza from here don't place an order on the phone for delivery cause you won't get it...........Sad...
