Blake's Lotaburger - Bosque Farms

Yesterday I order two number one bacon breakfast burritos with Xmas chile and xtra bacon, i show up to pickup my call in order and the doors are locked with no sign explaining anything, annoyed I roll through the drive through and I receive both burritos with xtra bacon, but missing any potatoes at all! Today exact repeat order, I receive two burritos WITH POTATOES this time, but missing the xtra bacon? when I pay for something I expect to get it. Why am I not? How can 60% of

I have not eaten at Blake's or admittedly many restaurants since the Covid but boy was I disappointed. I ordered a Lota Combo with double meat. I got what I think was an Itsa Combo with bacon which I didn't want and a single patty and I was charged $12.80! I'm disappointed I got the Itsa Burger and even more disappointed if that actually was a Lota Burger which they charged me for because if it is they have really downsized the burgers. The managers and staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The place is always clean and well-kept. I highly recommend visiting this Blake location.

The location is exceptional; Los Lunas can't match the atmosphere at Boskenfarmen! The staff puts in a tremendous amount of effort and handles many challenging customers. It's crucial for people to grow up and understand that everyone makes mistakes. The manager, Spencer, is also an outstanding asset to the team!

I visited this restaurant on two separate occasions, both times expecting them to be open until 10 PM, as indicated on Google. However, they actually close at 9 PM. When we arrived, the girl at the window saw us enter the drive-thru but instead of informing us about their closing time, she simply closed the blinds and pretended we weren't there. It would really help if you updated your hours for everyone’s benefit, especially if those aren’t your regular closing times! Additionally, while I was waiting in the drive-thru, I called to ask the young lady whether they closed at 9 PM or 10 PM, but I didn’t receive any help.
