Trattoria Sa Cariasa - BOSA

A very good authentic Italian restaurant. Very good pasta and fish. Nice welcome with an appetiser and a glass of local wine. Would strongly recommend it.

This restaurant was unbelievable. From the amazing vaulted ceilings to the fabulous food and the pleasant, helpful staff.

If you like a restaurant where the local people eat as well, this is your place to be! A big menu with lots of choice, but also a lot which is not available due to unavailable ingredients. Not to worry because there is still a lot to choose. Menu is in Italiaan so this can be a bit tricky, however the staff is more then willing to assist you! This restaurant surprised me with dishes which I never had before. If you have the time, take the opportunity to visit!

We ate there at the recommendation of our B and B host. There was no prices on either of the 2 menus food from the sea and land) and we were charged 73 euro for what was a very mediocre meal including a whopping 12 euro for a jug of Table wine!!!! We've been paying 3 or 4 euros for better wine elsewhere in Sardinia. The fritto misto was charged at 15 euros and was basically some deepfried squid and a few prawns. The seafood spaghetti was mainly made up of half pieces of small crab that were too fiddly to be sucking on!! We've had many great meals for alot less in Sardinia this week. Disappointing and ripped off as no prices on the menu.

The owner was very gentle and welcoming, we ordered a set menu of the day/week, with mixed seafood meals. Everything was amazing and well done! We'll come back definitely!!!
