This was my first time visiting a Bills restaurant. I was pleased to see they offer a gluten-free menu in the restaurant, as well as an allergen filter on their website. However, I was disappointed to find that the online filter does not include gluten-free buns, even though the in-house menu has a wider selection of gluten-free options. Despite this, I found that there are two vegan options available which are also gluten-free. One downside was the lack of gluten-free beer, especially considering the variety of gluten-free food options on the menu.
