Degani Cafe and Restaurant Templestowe

Poached eggs almost hard boiled and very on luke warm at best. Took 25 minutes to come around mid morning with no one there. This coupled with a few less than great other experiences lately has this local moving on. Come on guys, it's easy to improve.

Main meals were re heated food not freshly cooked ordered 2 char grill mains where the food came out as pre cooked meats and re heated as customers ordered these plates ,food was cold and tasted terrible. not a good experience.

Went there for breakfast utilising a Cudo Voucher. Open for breakfast, Brunch and Dinner. Have BYO wine at very reasonable corkage charge. Very pleasant surroundings. Well located with plenty of parking at the rear. Service excellent as was the food. Plenty of menu selections for breakfast including some unusual and unique selections. Very good value for money. Plate sizes are similarly good. The big breakfast was huge. I had the Woodfire Breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. There was 5 of us for breakfast including a grandson - we all agreed a treat a little gem. We will return. Highly recommended.

This cafe, gives quick friendly service at cafe prices. A good place for a lunch, coffee, or morning tea, Outside tables are good when the sun is shining, but you need to sit away from the smokers.They have an interesting range of soups and light meals. good service ,... but best to go to the counter when its busy. Can be a little crowded when the weather is bad and everyone goes inside

Went in for quick take away coffees this morning.Excellent service by young staff, friendly and could hold a conversation with a smile (very rare these days).Coffee was fantastic and strong as asked, I am glad to have found a spot for coffee on the way to the yarra trail.
