Carpark Cafe Camberwell - Boroondara

We had a work catchup here with five people for brunch. The staff were friendly and attentive without being too over the top. Service was good, although the coffees did take a little longer than they should have to come out ( not too big a deal though, it was busy). I had a smashed avocado with poached egg and halumi added- I really liked the way you could add extras to the main dishes to make them different, the options were more unique that what I have seen elsewhere. The food was fresh and tasty, and the cafe has a good atmosphere. Staff were happy and helpful, I will drop in again when I'm in the area for sure. A great spot to stop for a coffee in a busy location.

The food is good, always fresh, serving sizes moderate and the coffee fabulous-but it is pricey. On the weekends the wait is sometimes too long so we go elsewhere.

This is just better and better, even with the new name! A regular favourite on a Sunday morning at the markets.

Further to the last comments made, this location is now a completely different café called My Other Brother. See reviews under the new café's name if you are interested in visiting this location while in Camberwell. I have provided ratings here which pertain to My Other Brother.

Just wanted to update the tripadvisor community ...car park cafe is now closed ...no more of those wonderful chocolate muffins. The premises are currently being renovated but no sign yet to indicate what is coming next.
