Tim Hortons - Borden

I 've been here for a few years, and as it goes on, this place gets worse and worse. This place seriously needs to be put back together, they are never able to give us what we ordered. We always have to tell them, we 're waiting for the rest of our order, we always get the same surprise reactions. If we go inside, we are always served by the same employee, ok, yes, he will make us our coffee, but instead of finishing giving us our order (donuts) he will serve the next person in line and completely forgot us, we asked for a dozen mixed donuts, he gave us a box with the same kind of donuts.

Friendly staff but had to remake my order due to a honest error.

Been here multiple times. Hit or miss. Waited for 30 minutes this morning for a coffee and muffin, never got the muffin, and they looked confused when I asked. Other times I’ve showed up over an hour before close only to find out they’re no longer serving food. When they’re on, they’re on. But unfortunately it doesn’t happen as much as it should.

15 minutes in drive trough, no car haven’t moved yet. What is wrong !?
