Quê Tôi - Bordeaux

I saw the signbord of this restaurant while I was walking in Bordeaux and as a lover of Asian cuisine and Vientamese in particular, I decided to stop there. There restaurant is small but very welcoming and clean and they also have a lower ground...floor if you want to eat the food there. The guys in the kitchen and at the cashier are all vietnamese and the food was great! I really enjoyed my meal there. The staff is also nice and polite. If you like asian food, stop there.

After more than 2 weeks in France, we wanted a change from the local food. Most Asian restaurants in France don't seem authentic, the range of menu items are nothing like the real food you'll get in Thailand or Vietnam. But this no-frills small Vietnamese...place could have been in Ho Chi Minh City. We shared crunchy spring rolls, which are called Nem here in France, and then we each had a bowl of rice noodles and fresh herbs and veges, topped with pork or prawns. Both excellent, full of the salty/spicy/savory flavours of Vietnam. It was fantastic, Just what we wanted. Just one suggestion-get some good local beers on your carte! Vietnam is brilliant at food, but makes pretty ordinary beer, some other options would have been good.

After a week of delicious but rich French food, we were craving light, authentic Asian dishes, and Vietnamese seemed like the perfect solution. We found Que Toi and what a find it was! It's small, but the food was delicious and tasted as good as...any Vietnamese food we've ever had. The service was friendly and quick, and we left very satisfied.

Very nice noodle they served. It is Bun Cha Ha Noi. You must try this noodle. I highly recommend it. I enjoy the noodle very much. Generous portion of porc, refreshing to eat with salad. Yummy!

Delicious and fresh. Best pho I have had since travelling in Vietnam. Very friendly service, and could understand my very minimal French. Loved it
