Masaniello Pizzeria E Cucina - Bordeaux

My recent experience at Masaniello was shared between excellent Italian cuisine and deplorable service. My girlfriend and I enjoyed delicious pizzas, testifying to the talent of the kitchen to prepare tasty dishes. However, the black point was the service, from a particular server (a rather large man, waitresses are very kind and courteous) who seriously compromised our experience. Upon arrival, the server assigned us a table near the front door, despite our request for another table. Later, we were surprised to see other guests, without reservation, directed to more comfortable tables in the upper room, which seemed to be an exception reserved for some. This disparity of treatment has disconcerted us. During the command, the server passed next to the main customer service. A simple I listen to you without even raising your eyes to take our order. Similarly, at the time of payment, no courteous exchange took place, only a bank card machine tense without a word or a look. It's good to finish the meal. This lack of politeness and attention to customers is regrettable. A simple hello or goodbye would have greatly improved our experience. Unfortunately, the more than mediocre service from this server left a negative impression despite the undeniable quality of the kitchen. I sincerely hope that the Masaniello team will be able to improve this crucial point to offer a more consistent experience to its customers.

A very good pizzeria that I can only advise with the fork offer in particular. We'll go back there tomorrow.

I had a great time, the frame is very nice, very cozy. The waiters are nice, the atmosphere is good. We ordered calzones and frankly they were too good, and the portions are pretty generous. We had fun! We'll probably be back.

Excellent Italian dishes, pasta and pizza. Fast, efficient and in good mood, for a table of 14 guests! Thank you.
