Le Grand Gousier - Bordeaux

We arrived well after check-in and our room was not ready, so Maya who is simply wonderful provided us with free drinks at the bar, then upgraded our room once it became obvious it would not be ready. Despite a pretty bad hick-up that left a pretty bad taste in our mouth, Maya simply went above and beyond, even taking the time to write up some great suggestions for places to stay and check out on our road trip. Very much appreciated! After some reflection I adjusted my review, and added a few stars. This is really a very nice hotel, and it could not be more centrally located, especially for a visit to the Christmas Market

Problem with the rooftop in the middle of the afternoon. Obliged to ask for the card! After 30 minutes without seeing anyone we left! We did, however, enjoy a beautiful view! Free! Really not up to the standard displayed

The hotel is convenient to walk to museums and shops. The staff were extremely courteous and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend the hotel. Qui and Anh Nguyen

Very beautiful hotel, reception vip, full of small intentions that made our stay an exceptional stay. the cherry on the cake is its location in the heart of burgundy.
