Ordered pizza tonight. The girl on the phone was very unhelpful. I asked to change one thing on a deal which is usually no issue and she said the manager wouldn't be happy if she did it. I asked her to ask the manager and then she claimed she was the manager so wouldn't ask. Very strange experience.
