Little Caesars Pizza - Bonney Lake

What?s the point of planning a certain pick-up time if the order in the holding portal will be 10 minutes before my arrival?! Hot and ready?!? Hardly.

No hot and ready pizzas at 5pm. Ordered an extra most bestest and was told 10 minutes. Waited outside and when I saw the customer who ordered after me walk out with both his pizzas I went in to get mine. Cashier said the person cooking didn't realize there were 2 orders and didn't cook 2 of them. I said, so you gave my pizza to someone else and was told if I didn't like it, I didn't need to come back. Wouldn't give her name or the manager. She did this with other customers in the store.

Can't even attempt to honor deals. I used to work there on this same computer system. You 100% can honor these deals. Especially when it's the company's own app offering them.

If you are going g to call this place expect to call more then once, they almost never pick up the first time so you have to wait and call again. If you walk-in expect to wait a long time, I 've walked into this place a few times and one of the times I made it behind the counter and in the cooking area because I wasn 't even sure if anyone was there or if something bad happened, I found a gal working alone (she was on her phone but hey she was alone I can 't get mad at that). The crazy sauce is crazy nasty don 't get it especially since it 's a buck-fifty. The food it 's self isn 't that bad it should be what you expect.

There was some confusion from the male employee as to how many pizzas I wanted since the deep dish box comes with 2 pizzas inside of it. I thought I was ordering to pizzas (boxes) not just the two in the one box. I've never had an issue ordering 2 pizzas from them before. No one has ever made a weird distinction like that. Anyways, we had to wait for our other box of pizza to be cooked, but the lady at the counter was sweet and gave my kids some cookies. Aside from that, we got all the way home near the Mucks and find out the pizzas are undercooked mush. Too late and too far away to go back to get it fixed. So my kids are eating the outside/crust and the toppings only. Picture shows uncooked dough, trust me that's not cheese.
